We'll issue a full refund in the form of the original payment so long as you provide proof of purchase (a receipt or gift receipt). Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Sparrow Hawk Cookware Gift Card.
As we are sure you can understand, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Merchandise over 30 days old is NOT eligible for return.
Important- A restocking fee will be charged if the customer returns an item, but it arrives to us damaged, defective, or materially
different than what was originally sold by us. The customer will be refunded only up to 50% of item's price if the items is not
in it’s original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Please note, issues with merchandise over 30 days old are between customer and the manufacturer and subject to manufacturer’s warranty.
