Sparrow Hawk Cookware’s Return Policy

Sparrow Hawk Cookware guarantees the quality of the products we sell in our store and website and on our website.

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, just bring it back. We'll issue a full refund in the form of the original payment so long as you provide proof of purchase (a receipt or gift receipt). Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Sparrow Hawk Cookware Gift Card.

As we are sure you can understand, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Merchandise over 30 days old is NOT eligible for return.

Important- A restocking fee will be charged if the customer returns an item, but it arrives to us damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally sold by us. The customer will be refunded only up to 50% of item's price if the items is not in it’s original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Please note, issues with merchandise over 30 days old are between customer and the manufacturer and subject to manufacturer’s warranty.

How can I return merchandise?

There are two ways you can return merchandise to us.

  • Return it to our store in person. Please bring your invoice or receipt.
  • Return it to us by mail. If you choose to mail your return, please request a return authorization from info@sparrowhawkcookware.com. Upon receipt of the return authorization, please repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping, and enclose your authorization. Please enclose a copy of your invoice.
  • Please note: The shipping is NOT prepaid. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method.

How long does it take for a refund?

After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 10 business days. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
