This stunning blade was created from multiple bars of twisted 1095/15N20 carbon steel cut, welded, and reforged repeatedly to create this intricate pattern.
The knife features a 10-1/8 inch razor sharp cutting edge with an integral Damascus steel bolster. The handle is carved from Brazilian rosewood. This knife perfect for the chef looking for something special.
