This gorgeous damascus carbon steel 8 inch chef's knife was hand forged here in Colorado Springs by Al Bach and Mike Deignan of B&D Knives. This razor sharp beauty is a great all purpose knife for everyone from the home cook to a master chef.
The 188 layer damascus blade is 1095 and 15N20 carbon steel with an approximate HRC of 60. It features a 8-1/4 inch cutting edge and full tang. The coffee etch brings the pattern of the damascus steel to life!
The gorgeous handle is ironwood wood with red micarta spacers and features a star mosaic pin.
